I called the oncologist’s office and spoke with one of the phone nurses. She told me that they should have the results from the CT scan by next Wed. or Thurs. so I can call the office then to get the results.
Much better. Much much better.
And I didn’t even have to go all DIVA on her — but I was ready to!

Hi Judy,
I just wanted to drop by to say how moved I am by your story and that I am touched, too by our common experiences. Your post about your son and his nightmares made me cry. I have learned that kids can be incredibly strong, understanding and resillient. I wish we didn’t have to find out in this way.
Good for you for sticking up for yourself and I am wishing you the best kind of news.
