We met our beautiful boy in person and became a family.

We never forget her, we always respect her, but we also cannot deny that we are incredibly blessed to be parents to our wonderful son.

Incidentally, we also purchased Tulips for the church. We got 4 and the recognition reads: In Honor of Our Nieces and Nephews… and then it lists the names: Our DD’s Older Sis, The Sweetling (Our DD), Our DD’s Younger Bro, and my Best Friend’s 5 month old (she’s almost a sister to me, which makes him almost a nephew). I’m using terminology that won’t raise questions or eyebrows, but I know the meaning in my heart.

Oh, I’m kind of snotting all over myself. Our flower orders were due the Sunday of the Big Blizzard and I didn’t make it in. So now flowers from us this year. Awesome.
