“See You Later”

Dear [director], [assistant director], [his latest teacher], and the rest of the Campus Preschool Staff,

It’s hard to believe that Nate is now going off to Kindergarten and won’t be at Campus Preschool everyday anymore. He’s been going there since he was 7 months old and in so many ways, he’s grown up there as well as in our home. No amount of thanks can tell you how grateful we are for all that you’ve done in helping us care for Nate these past 5+ years.

We leave (sort of) with a sense of sadness but with so many fond memories and a strong foundation for Nate’s next step up to Kindergarten. Also, this really isn’t “good-bye,” but more of a “see you later” because he’ll be back on school holidays (when Campus Preschool is open), during Christmas break, and in the summer. He very much wants to — it’s his second home, after all.

Once again, thank you. For things too numerous to mention.

And — SEE YOU LATER!

Love,

NATE, Judy and Frank

When I read the note to Nate, he cried some. Oh my.

We are going to miss them. Thankfully, we’ll be back.
